  This place is amazing!  We had chicken puffs, chicken with drunken sauce, and chicken with peanut sauce. Definitely will be back.

  Garlic Eggplant (7/10): I love the texture of the sauteed eggplant; semi soft but yet still sturdy. The eggplant is mixed with your choice of meat (or tofu in my case) with black bean sauce. The black bean sauce is not American black bean in a puree form so don't be alarmed. The sauce is made from fermented black soybean mixed with other special seasonings. This sauce is used in a lot of Chinese dishes. My only complaint is that the sauce was too sweet for my liking. My solution was to add chili oil to this dish to balance out the sweetness.
  
  I will be coming back to try more of the items on their menu. The portion is big here so you will probably end up taking home some of your leftover. It's also BYOB!!!

  My husband and I are new to the El Lago area, so we decided to give this place a try, and I am so glad we did!! They don't deliver so we had to use Grubhub but the food is absolutely amazing the chicken wings were nice and crunchy the pad Thai was amazing and the noodles in the pork lo mein were so good, My husband is a big dumpling fan and he devoured them they are absolutely delicious, everything has great flavor! I could go on and on but I'm too full!!
  We will definitely order from them again!!

  The food here is not bad but I prefer their Bellaire location. The crispy fish is $2 dollars more here than the other location and for the up price I thought it'll be the same or taste even better but I was disappointed that it didn't. It was just average. The chicken wings appetizer was too salty and the curry was just so so.
  
  It's not a bad place when I'm craving Thai food but I rather go to the other location instead.

  Are you down on your luck because you live in Houston and don't work at NASA? Or because you do work at NASA and are worried that commercial space fight will take the place of your institution and generations to come? Take a load off and immediately order the seaweed salad, mini spring rolls, and ginger rice. If you use Grubhub you won't even have to leave and face the merciless public who doesn't understand where their taxpayer dollars are going. And to make matters better it will arrive early! Houston might be a weird hole with nothing interesting listed on Atlas Obscura except some weird orange homage, but holy smokes if it doesn't have the best Thai fast food Asian place I have ever eaten at in my well-traveled 33 years.
